A group of our volunteers recently attended a mental health awareness course run by the excellent team at X-CALIBRE Mental Health       info@x-calibremh.co.uk

The team all agreed it was informative and very worthwhile

As of August we are holding a drop-in outreach in Leominster.

This will be on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month
